Paradigm Management, Inc. is a business consulting and private equity investment firm led by Robert Perkowitz, Paradigm seeks engagements and investments in branded consumer products or sustainable businesses.

Paradigm provides consulting services to equity holders and management in consumer multi-channel direct marketing, consumer products manufacturing/import/marketing and sustainable consumer products companies to enable them to improve decision making, identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, recover from business problems and improve management systems. Services include company and management assessment, strategic and marketing planning, shadow management and board participation.

Paradigm is general partner in two investment funds which invest acquisition, expansion or turnaround equity capital in smaller companies where our capital and management experience can provide a catalyst to business success.
Paradigm Partners LLC makes investments of up to $5 million in small cap publicly traded companies that a) are undervalued relative to their peer group, b) have a good consumer brand, and c) have viable operating cash balances.

Arqua Equity Partners LLC makes investments of $250,000 to $2,000,000 in privately held consumer products direct marketing firms requiring start-up, expansion or turnaround equity capital. Investments are made only in companies that have dedicated, collaborative management and co-investors which view shareholders as a priority and can provide IRR's of 30%+ with a 3x+ return on capital with 5 years.
