The only thing I can think that comes close to Bob's description of this adventure are stories of infantrymen describing the life of a grunt in the field. Especially, trying to get socks dry, etc. What an experience.
The trip looks to a really great trip, in spite of the difficulties. The pictures of the houses in Barysau remind me of small towns in the deep South of a few years ago.
Bob & Charlie-
As usual, I really enjoy hearing about your riding adventures through countries that I have only had the pleasure of reading about. Charlie- thanks for getting lost, I enjoyed the pictures and "commentary" that I may have not gotten otherwise. Ride SAFE AND HAVE FUN!!

Well, Jason and I left the Bob and the gang in Prague. What an adventure to hitchhike along with their trip. We really enjoyed getting to know Don, Steve and Charlie and hope to see them again in California.
Best wishes for the rest of the trip,
Bill and Jason Capps
(now resting comfortably in Prague until Saturday)
hope you're having fun and getting super vigorous on the bike trail. all the roosts send their love and their sincerest stroma. beat it up roost! ....but please.....
It looks like you're having a wonderful time. I love reading about the trip and looking at the pictures. I talked to Jason this morning and he said that the rides are challenging but fun. I think that he wishes that he was riding a better, faster bike. Sorry Jason. Bob, thanks for putting this all together. I know that Bill and Jason were really looking forward to it.
